Of course! We do not have service contracts so you may cancel at anytime. Simply give us a call or send us an email if you’d like to suspend your service. Additionally, if you’re going out of town, you may notify us with 48 hours notice to pause your current service.
We will always send you an “On our way” notification at least 15 minutes prior to arrival. Should your dog still be in the yard upon arrival we will knock on your door. If there is no answer our technicians will still make an effort to clean your yard so long as your dog is known to be friendly. If your dog prevents our technician from cleaning, you will still be charged for the visit.
We generally clean every area from your gate back, including the sides, backyard, kennels, flower beds, and rock areas. Additionally we offer several options at checkout if you would like us to do any additional cleaning of the front yard or hosing off specific areas.
At Poopi’s your pets safety is our number one priority. All of our technicians are highly trained dog lovers and will notify you before arrival. We will also send you a picture of your closed gate upon completing our cleanup. Additionally, Poopi’s uses germicidal disinfectant on all of our equipment in between every visit to stop the spread of germs.
Nope! We do not have any contractual obligations. You may start, pause, or cancel your scooping services at anytime via your customer portal or by giving us a call at 888-499-POOP.
Our technicians will double bag and deposit your pet poopi in your home’s garbage can. If you would like us to remove the waste from your property we can do so for a small up charge of $4 per visit. You may select this option in our checkout portal.
Yes, absolutely! We generally have several options times and days that we can service your property and we will do our best to accommodate you and your pets needs.
